About this file

This document is a Salient Characteristics specification for a storm water lift station pump procurement at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, dated February 2026.

The procurement objective is to obtain a replacement storm water lift station pump that is brand name or equal in salient characteristics to the existing inoperative pump (Serial Number 65574) currently serving the SERE side of Fairchild AFB. The specified equipment is a Cornell Model #6NHTA-VM-7.5-8 with the following salient characteristics: 11.12-inch impeller, all iron materials of construction, heat-treated 420SS wear rings, 316SS shaft sleeve, tangential volute with counterclockwise/left-hand rotation, single mechanical shaft seal faces, vertical close-coupled configuration, 7.5HP motor rated at 900rpm, 200-208V three-phase 60Hz with weatherproof-1 enclosure, premium industrial-grade efficient inverter ready, and standard enamel paint. One unit is required for delivery to 610 Twinning Avenue, Suite 380, Fairchild AFB, WA 99011. The specification explicitly permits equivalent products meeting these salient characteristics, allowing contractors to propose alternative brands that demonstrate equivalent performance and functional specifications.
