About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document (Amendment 1) for federal contract FA461326Q1042 issued by the U.S. Air Force for procurement of unmanned aircraft systems and related equipment to be delivered to F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming.

The contract contains four CLINs covering the following requirements: CLIN 0001 – DJI Mavic 2 Pro Fly More Combo; CLIN 0002 – DJI Mini 3 Pro with DJI RC; CLIN 0003 – DJI Avata 2 Fly More Combo with three batteries preferred; and CLIN 0004 – six Drone Payload Release Airdrop System Dropping Devices distributed as two compatible devices for each of the three drone models (Mavic 2 Pro, Mini 3 Pro, and Avata 2). All unmanned aircraft systems must be new and unused due to cybersecurity concerns; refurbished or seller-refurbished units are not acceptable. Contractors should deliver drones with standard DJI firmware, as the Government already has Rizer software available. Product specification sheets, warranty information, and manufacturer or reseller product links are sufficient to demonstrate technical acceptability. No additional training or onsite support is required; delivery of goods only is needed. Partial shipments are acceptable provided the contractor submits a list of remaining parts/systems with updated delivery dates. All items must be shipped directly to F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming.
