About this file

This is an Amendment to Solicitation 1 containing Government responses to contractor questions regarding equipment specifications and delivery logistics.

The Government clarifies that the requirement for four (4) UV LED lamps is mandatory and non-negotiable. This specification is based on customer market research identifying four UV LED lamps as the industry standard for mid-level machines to provide bi-directional printing capability. Regarding delivery logistics, the Government confirms that the delivery facility does not have a loading dock or forklift available. Contractors must arrange shipment via truck equipped with a lift gate, as the customer will unload the machine using an on-site pallet jack and position it in the designated location.
