About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the LMR Ethernet Backhaul Project at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The project involves upgrading network equipment across four buildings, with the main location being building 10525, which serves as the central office and service delivery D-Marc. The RFI provides details about the project's scope, clarifying that it is a brand-new requirement with no incumbent contractor and will be executed as a commercial buy utilizing FAR part 12 and 13 procedures.
The enhanced support services for this project include vendor-provided username and password management for devices, as well as license updates to maintain connectivity. The project is focused on Ethernet backhaul infrastructure, and while specific technical details are referenced as being in attachments, the RFI indicates that Vandenberg Space Force Base is the primary location for the network upgrades. The document suggests potential vendors should refer to additional attachments for comprehensive project information.
