Question and Answer

Version 2

10/4/24

Q: Based on your PWS, you have 1 SIP with 200 Concurrent calls – is this service run through DITCO with your LD?

A: No. We are requesting local, long-distance, and international, from the vendor.

Q: Is there a format you would like these to be sent?

A: We are not specifying any particular format. Whatever format you decide, it simply must meet the criteria in the Combined Synopsis Solicitation document.

Q: Special instructions state the solicitation needs to be signed. Is there a form that needs to be signed and returned with the bid?

A: This is just template language from the clause we are using. We have updated the solicitation document to remove this piece as we do not need a signed copy.

Q: Are bid responses supposed to be emailed? If so, to whom?

A: Yes, bids shall be emailed to Daniel Kuchar – daniel.kuchar@us.af.mil and Tyler Imhoff – tyler.imhoff.1@us.af.mil

Q: Will you be providing the equipment for the termination of the SIP trunking service (PSTN)?

A: Vendor provides a customer handoff, called a DEMARC, where we will connect to. Our side of the connection will be an ethernet switch. (See image below):
