Questions and Answers

Q.1. Would all the units be cleaned once a month or just some of them?

A.1. All 150 would need to be cleaned monthly.

Q.2. How long would this project be going on for?

A.2. This requirement will have 1 Base + 4 Option Years>

Q.3. Do we need any special clearances other than access to the air base?

A.3. No, the LF’s are outside of the restricted areas.

Q.4. Is there a time or day limit on when we can clean them? For example, Saturday or Sundays?

A.4. No, since the LF’s are outside of the restricted areas they accessible at any time.

Q.5. How soon after the submission deadline will the contact be awarded?

A.5. The contract will be awarded as soon as all quotes are evaluated and an awardee is selected.
