Site Visit Instructions

A site visit will be held 7 August 2012 at 1000 hours, Central Time, at the 5th Civil Engineer Squadron Customer Service Building, Building, 521 Bomber Blvd, Minot AFB, ND. The site visit will be concluded by 1200 hours local time. Request offeror’s notify A1C Heinrich Smit at (701) 723-6893 no later than 1100 hours, 1 August 2012 if you will be attending. Please limit attendees to two per company. Please limit attendees to two per company. Attendee’s names and how many may be e-mailed to Heinrich.Smit@minot.af.mil. Offeror’s should be at the 5 CES customer service building, 521 Bomber Blvd at least fifteen minutes prior to the 1000 hours start time. Questions will not be answered during the site visit. Offeror’s are requested to submit questions from the site visit in writing to arrive no later than 1200 hours Central Time on 10 July 2012. All questions received in writing will be answered as soon as practicable following the site visit. All costs associated with attending the site visit shall be borne by the offeror. The following information shall be furnished by 1100 hours, 11 July 2012 for those individuals who will be attending the site visit.
