SUBJECT: Site Visit Minutes for Cranes & Hoists Repair & Maintenance Service

DATE/TIME: 10 September 2012 / 10:00 EST

PLACE: Dover AFB DE

The following individuals were in attendance:

Stephanie Smith Contracting Squadron

Kazzandra Dexter Contracting Squadron

Charles Ellefson Civil Engineer Squadron

Kathleen Still Civil Engineer Squadron

Ken Boose Crane 1 Services

Robert Townshend Crane America Services

I. PARTICULARS:

The purpose of the site visit was to provide further explanation/clarification of the government’s need for the Cranes & Hoists Repair & Maintenance Service requirement and provide contractors the opportunity to get a visual picture of the hangers/buildings in question.

a. Further Explanation of the Government’s Need:

The government did not elaborate on the requirement as the contractors were familiar with the type of requirement and their locations.

b. Visualization of cranes/areas to be serviced.

The Contractors had the opportunity to visit three buildings 725, 550 and 551 where some of the cranes are located.

II. CLOSING:

The foregoing is believed to be an accurate summary of the discussion held during the subject site visit/survey.
