STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

Bldg. 250 Shrinking & Stretching Machine Hookup Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas

General

1.1 Scope of work:

The Contractor shall provide all ancillary equipment, conduit, wire and labor necessary to complete the installation, including connection to the inside disconnect and other items and services necessary to complete a full disconnect change out in building 250.

1.2 Physical Location:

The place of performance for this contract will be at Bldg 250, Little Rock Air Force Base, AR 72099.

1.3 Work To Be Performed:

1.3.1. Supply and install a new 150 amp circuit breaker.

1.3.2. Extend a conduit and circuit from the MDP panel to the Shrinking & Stretching Machine.

1.3.3. Supply and install a new service entrance with external service entrance rated fused disconnect and a safety disconnect inside the room for the Shrinking & Stretching Machine.

1.3.6. All conduit and wire from the transformer to the Shrinking & Stretching Machine is the responsibility of the general contractor to provide and install. All requirements of the NEC shall be met.

1.4 Acceptance Criteria:

1.4.1 . All components and accessories are new, serviceable, and operate smoothly.

1.4.2. Area of installation is restored to the original condition prior to installation, and free of any debris.

1.4.3. All damages caused by the Contractor, whether to equipment, furniture, roads, landscaping, building components, or any other type of Government property encountered at or near the project site shall be repaired or replaced to match existing conditions to the satisfaction of the Comment by Michael Bittner: Change to “conditions” Contracting Officer at no additional cost to the Government.

1.4.4. Any damages will be recorded and reported within five (5) business days of completion of installation. If any unacceptable work is found during acceptance inspection, the Contractor shall correct any deficiencies within a reasonable amount of time chosen by the Comment by Michael Bittner: Delete “will” or “shall” either one Contracting Officer at no cost to the Government.
