Requirement Document Mission Defense Team Skills Enablement Training
Contractor shall provide the government with the entire facilitation of the Mission Defense Team (MDT) Skills Enablement Training (SET) course to the 14 Air Mobility Command (AMC) students over the duration of 5-weeks by including all of the following functional requirements:
a) Preparing and providing all computer-based hardware and software materials and resources necessary on-site inside of the 89 CS training classroom on Joint Base Andrews (JBA) for 14 individual student workstations, computers, keyboards, and mouse peripherals to allow students to fully participate in the course training.
b) Preparing and providing the operational use of all 14 workstations, training computers, training servers, and other local training network requirements for student use daily and for the entirety of the course.
c) Preparing and providing all 14 students with both soft and hard copy of all training presentations and all technical documents which students will use during entirety of training course.
d) Collect and analyze student progress throughout the course and assist any/all 14 students as needed to facilitate and troubleshoot any technical challenges encountered with provided equipment and their ability to operate it and succeed in training.
e) Allowing government-authorized students to download electronic versions of contractor approved training resources to utilize inside classroom environment and after course completions as referencing material as needed.
f) Allowing government-authorized representatives at Headquarters (HQ) AMC to query contracted course facilitators in regards to student progression during course execution and keeping government-authorized representatives at HQ AMC aware of any student challenges or circumstances inhibiting their or classroom learning environment.
