SUBJECT: Pre-Solicitation Notice/Synopsis - FA442724R0019 B10 Windows

1. This notice is posted IAW FAR 5.203 “Publicizing and response time.” The Government intends to release a solicitation on or after 15 days from the date this notice for the requirement below. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.

2. This is a pre-solicitation notice for all design, labor, materials, and supervision to demolish and replace and existing windows at Building 10. There are 11 windows to be replaced in the tower and 26 windows in the cab at the top of the control tower. Patching and repair of stucco and dry wall where demolition occurred shall be completed and finished with color to match existing finishes. Contractor to conduct Hazardous testing of lead and asbestos. All work must comply with environmental laws and regulations, including abatement of any hazardous materials.
