About this file

This document outlines requirements for replacing projectors and screens at multiple simulation centers at Travis Air Force Base in California. The 60th Medical Group Simulation Center requires replacing projectors and screens in rooms 1A622 and 1A651, with existing bracket systems to be reused if possible. The projectors have additional components attached that interface with podium systems installed by the Audio Visual Directorate Group. Simulation center staff can disconnect the projectors and components, leaving the brackets, power sources, and cables connected to the podiums. For room 1A651, the screen bracket is directly attached to a dry erase board installed by the facility in 2013 during a move. This project relates to the federal contract opportunity solicitation number FA442724Q0007 for providing an audio visual system at Travis Air Force Base, which is being procured by the Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command.

60 MDG Simulation Center Projector & Screen Replacements

1A622

It was my understanding that we would try & reuse the existing bracket system if possible.

The projector has an additional component attached to it that works with the Podium System, put in place by AVDG.

The Sim Staff can disconnect the projector & component, leaving the bracket, power source & cables that connect to the Podium.

The screen can be removed by the Sim Staff.
