Sources Sought Notice
1. This is a Sources Sought Notice, FA4427-21-Q-Z019, seeking responses to determine interested parties for participation in the acquisition. The 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, California, plans to establish a contract to provide the services needed to complete a Performance Assurance Plan with certified OEM technician(s) from HAAS, SODICK and OMAX to aid in the longevity of 31 manufacturing and aircraft sustainment equipment items. This plan will provide the prescribed OEM technician(s), biannual, quarterly and reactive inspections/maintenance repairs.
We require a single provider to oversee all services listed below in order to streamline communication, prevent downtime and reduce additional costs. This requirement intends to solicit with a Total Small Business Set Aside.

This is a Sources Sought Announcement; THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. It is published for informational and planning purposes only and not as a request for competitive quotations, therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement.
The purpose of this Source Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources, their size classification relative to the NAICS Code, and obtain feedback of a draft SOW to better understand the industry standard. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
Business concerns responding to this sources sought should articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Responders are encouraged to submit questions or suggestions in response to this posting concerning attached draft requirements documents. Please limit your response to 3 pages except for questions or comments about the SOW, which should be included on separate pages. Responses shall reference this Sources Sought and shall include the following information and response to the questions below:
• Company name and address
• Point of contact name, email address, and telephone and fax numbers
• CAGE Code & SAM Registration
• DUNS Number

1. What are you company’s capabilities to perform and/or hire qualified personnel and or subcontractors for this type of acquisition?
2. Percentage of the work your company is able to perform for these services in the socio-economic categories you have identified. Identify whether your company would team with another small business in order to meet the applicable subcontracting limitations of your socio-economic categories. The subcontracting limitations are outlined in FAR 52.219-3, 52.219-14, 52.219-27, 52.219-29, and/or 52.219-30, as appropriate.
3. A capability statement, including summary of relevant performance history (with points of contact and applicable telephone numbers, addresses and email addresses, if available) within the past three years.
4. Do you currently have a government contract?
5. Discuss any questions or comments about the draft SOW.
6. What is your Business Size/Socieconomic Status?

ANNOUNCEMENT.
No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought and no contract will be directly awarded on the basis of this sources sought. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought shall be voluntary.
All questions/comments or any quotation/response regarding this notice shall be addressed in writing via email and received no later than 1200 PM PST, 19 May 2021 to the below individuals.
