Purchase and Install Three Surveillance Cameras in the

Reception Processing Unit (RPU), Building P3

Work Statement

Statement of Work

Background: The 60th Logistical Readiness Squadron has a requirement for the purchase and installation of three Panaromic, Tilt, Zoom (PTZ) surveillance cameras that will be placed in building P3, 400 Burgan Blvd, Travis AFB, CA 94535.

General: The contractor shall purchase and install three PTZ surveillance cameras in building P3. The contractor shall integrate the cameras into the Installation Deployment Readiness Cell/ Deployment Control Center (IDRC/DCC) Surveillance System located in building P1, second floor, DCC room. The 60th Communication Squadron have already installed fiber between buildings P3 and P1. The contractor shall be responsible for connecting equipment from the terminated fiber ends to the respective required equipment.

All work will be accomplished in buildings P3 and P1. Building P1 address is 641 E. Street, Travis AFB, CA 94535.

Camera Description:

1. The contractor shall purchase three PTZ Cameras that meets the following minimum requirements:

a. IP/Network

b. Image Sensor: 1/3” Progressive Scan CMOS

c. Illumination: 0.01 Lux, 0 Lux with IR

d. Shutter time: 1/1s to 1/100,000s

e. Lens: 4mm @ F2.0, angle of view 58.1, 20X optical zoom, 16X digital zoom,

f. Day & Night: ICR

g. Power: 24VAC

h. Compression Standard: H.264/MJPEG

i. Housing: In-door ceiling mount

Requirements of vendor:

1. The Contractor is to provide all tools, equipment, labor and transportation (to include man-lift to reach cameras) required to install surveillance equipment.

2. Current system utilizes Creston, Crown, and Diamond equipment. Contractors will be versed in programming Crestron, Crown and Diamond equipment. Any modification of programing codes to add the new cameras to the system must be coordinated with current camera maintenance contractor. Modified programing codes will be provided to the users for back-up capability.

3. As part of the request for proposal/quote process, the contractor will quote to design, modify, remove and reconfigure existing equipment as required. Following award, a complete design that takes into account site condition considerations, as well as information gathered during initial customer review, shall be provided for approval.
