Maintenance Services Projector/Cameras

Performance Work Statement

General: The contractor shall provide regularly scheduled preventative maintenance as set forth in this document, and repair of all equipment associated with the Integrated Deployment Readiness Cell/Deployment Control Center (IDRC/DCC) surveillance system in building P1, P3, 31 (Crisis Action Team (CAT)), 381 and 977 area as required. The contractor shall provide four (4) preventive maintenance visits annually. The four (4) preventative maintenance visits shall be conducted on a quarterly basis. The contactor shall schedule the visit by contacting 60 LRS/LGRD office, 707-424-1312.

POC will be Mr. Nathaniel Middleton and Mr. William Barnes.

Requirements of vendor:

1. The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, labor and transportation (to include man-lift to reach outdoor cameras at building P1 and building 977) required to repair and replace IDRC/DCC Surveillance System equipment. Contractor must be able to write, interpret, and modify program language used in Kramer’s and Creston’s products. Any modification of programing codes, to restore the system to full operation, shall be considered as a repair action. Modified programing codes will be provided to the users for back-up capability.

2. The Contract shall provide one year system maintenance to include four (4) preventative maintenance visits annually on existing, modified, and newly installed equipment with an option to extend up to four (4) years.

3. Onsite service is required within forty-eight (48) hours, Monday through Friday (5 days per week) between 8:30am to 5:00 pm, PST.

4. Emergency service shall be available after 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, weekends, and holidays.

An emergency service is defined as service required to restore a critical piece of failed equipment to an operational mode.

5. The contractor will perform four (4) preventative maintenances visits per year. A preventative maintenance visit is defined as a field technician/engineer visiting the equipment location to verify proper operation of the surveillance system. All equipment listed will be powered on and tested for operations within manufacturer specified limits. The contractor will install any eligible factory provided software updates, return the equipment controls to the predetermined operation levels, and correct operating conditions that are not within industry standards for operation. Also included, will be cleaning of preexisting DVR’s, projector filters, lenses, general adjustments, travel, and labor costs. When required, the contractor shall bill 60 LRS for parts purchased to repair equipment (LRS preapproval is required).

6. The contractor shall record and track projector lamp hours. 60 LRS/LGRD shall be informed when lamp are close to expiration.

7. The contractor shall provide 60 LRS/LGRD with telephone response and loaner equipment at no additional charge for the IDRC/DCC Integrated Surveillance System Installation. Telephone response is defined as the contractor replying by voice or text message to a service call within 3 hours. A service call will be made by 60 LRS anytime an IDRC/DCC’s equipment requires repairing. If technician informs 60 LRS a critical piece of equipment cannot be repaired after arriving onsite, the contractor will provide a loaner until the critical piece can be repair or replace. The contractor and 60 LRS personnel will jointly identify critical pieces of equipment after the contract is awarded.
