MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

SUBJECT: Requests for Information and Responses

1) What is the past award contract number?

a. FA441916P0028

2) Does the chaplain have a preferred time for rehearsals or are the rehearsal times flexible?

a. Catholic Mass Music Performances Conducted: 1 per week or as directed by the Catholic Chaplain or Wing Chaplain

b. Rehearsals Conducted: 1 per weekday per supported Mass/Holy Day/Special Service as directed by the Catholic Chaplain or Wing Chaplain

c. Hours of Performance for Mass and Rehearsals:

i. Sunday Mass Rehearsal As directed by the Catholic Chaplain or Wing

Chaplain

ii. Sunday Mass 9:00a.m. to 10:00a.m. (or time scheduled by Catholic Chaplain or Wing Chaplain)

iii. Holy Day Rehearsal/Mass As directed by the Catholic Chaplain or Wing

Chaplain

iv. Special Service Rehearsal/Mass As directed by the Catholic Chaplain or

Wing Chaplain Arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to any rehearsal or worship service to insure that proper preparations of the facility, sound system setup (including microphones, music stands, etc), music and any necessary coordination with the Catholic Chaplain has been made.

Rehearsals are to be held weekly on a date agreed to with the chaplain responsible for the service.

3) What type of organ is available at the chapel (Pipe, Hammond, Allen, electronic keyboard)?

a. Currently there is no organ, instead available is a piano and an electronic keyboard.

4) What type of music instruments are available at the chapel?

a. There is an acoustic guitar, a piano, drums, and an electric keyboard available

5) Is there a volunteer musician available at the chapel?

a. Yes, there are currently volunteer musicians, although the Catholic Music

Director is responsible for recruiting and directing volunteers

6) Is there an existing choir available at the chapel? If yes, What is the size of the choir?

a. Yes, it consists of 3 volunteers.

7) Are there music sheets available for use at the chapel? Who will fund the CCLI licensing of the music sheets?

a. The government will provide the music sheets and pay for the CCLI licensing.

8) What are the COVID protocols if any?
