About this file
This document is a response to questions from an offeror regarding a federal contract opportunity for a Skeet Range Clubhouse/Trailer.
The key details are as follows: The government has extended the proposal period to April 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM (CST). The required office modular/mobile building must be 12'x56' with a 140 MPH wind load. It must include a restroom, open floor plan, at least one separate/securable room, HVAC, finished interior with electric and water. Set up, tie down, and connection to current utilities is required. No ramp is needed, but stairs and skirting are options. The government prefers metal roofing and siding, VCT flooring, and a hollow core wood door with a construction core suitable for BEST lock cores. The building is not required to be HUD Code compliant, but rather a modular office building. The estimated magnitude of the contract is between $25,000 and $100,000, and it is a NAFI requirement.
