About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding a federal solicitation for raw materials. The solicitation is seeking options for hydroseed mixtures to be applied at Hurlburt Field in Florida, including mixtures only, mixtures with equipment, and contracted application services. The hydroseeding should be priced and provided in gallons. Concrete and aggregate materials should be quoted by the cubic yard and ton respectively, with minimum quantities of 10 cubic yards for concrete and 20 tons for rock. Delivery locations will be determined individually but drivers will not require security clearance as long as they have no felonies. Concrete mix designs may vary between 3,000 and 6,500 psi. Pricing should remain in gallons for hydroseed rather than square feet.
