STATEMENT OF WORK

Resiliency in the Squadron and Families Event

21 Mar 2018

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 371st Special Operations Combat Training Squadron (371

SOCTS), 492 Special Operations Training Group (492 SOTG) staff, United States Air Force Special

Operation School (USAFSOS), and the 492 Special Operations Advanced Capabilities Squadron (492

SOACS) has a requirement for a three (3) hour ocean cruise resiliency event. On the cruise, the contractor shall provide a meeting place that allows the delivery of a resiliency presentation that fits all attendees in one area with audio and visual presentation capabilities. During the presentation attendees will be seated at tables. The contractor shall provide refreshments and lunch during the resiliency event. The location shall be within 25 miles of Hurlburt Field, FL.

1.1 Scope: The contractor shall provide lunch and a meeting space on a cruise boat to accommodate the

Resiliency Event (RE) participants. The meeting space shall be predominately interruption-free during the cruise and dinner.

1.2 Meeting Space: The contractor shall provide a shaded, weather protected, and climate controlled meeting space on Saturday, 05 May 2018 from 1130 to 1430. The meeting space shall be exclusively reserved for the Resiliency Event. The meeting space shall have audio visual support, tables and chairs to support the participants of the event. The audio visual support shall include onsite technical support for the meeting space.

1.2.1 For the event, provide meeting space with tables and chairs to accommodate the numbers of participants defined in paragraph 1.4 with a meal and audio visual support from 1130 until 1430.

1.3 Meals: The contractor shall provide lunch during the cruise in a charming atmosphere for each participant of the Resiliency Event and work with a Government point of contact (POC) on meal selection. The meal shall include an appetizer and a main course. The main course shall be a buffet or a 3 course meal for each participant. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian items or other dietary needs as specified shall be included in the menu choices. Proposals shall include proposed food selections and any and all applicable service fees.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION

2.1 Contractor Personnel: The contractor shall provide an onsite contract manager or POC who shall be responsible for the performance of the work. The name of this person and an alternate or alternates, who shall act for the contractor when the manager is absent, shall be designated in writing to the contracting officer prior to the contract start date. The contract manager or alternate shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract. The contract manager and alternate or alternates must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
