Question 1: When the existing hangar doors are removed, is it necessary to keep the hangar dry from blowing rain and etc.?
Answer: We must maintain access to the tool crib from in the hangar. Also the warehouse and tool crib roll up doors must stay accessible as much as possible. They should plan on providing some sort of steel matting where we can move equipment in and out of those two areas.
Question 2: Will work be permitted during hurricane season as door could be removed during this time frame? On a previous project, no work was permitted during hurricane season.
Answer: There will be restrictions on what work can be done during hurricane season. We don't want to have to door completely missing during hurricane season.
