2. Waste Collector: Salvajor Model No. P914 Pot/Pan Scrap Collector™, scrapping, pre‐flushing & collecting system (widely accepted in areas where disposers are restricted), NEMA 4 HYDROLOGIC® control panel with patented operator sensor, two water saving modes (timed run & auto start/stop), safety line disconnect, LCD readout, salvage basin & silverware trap, scrap basket, 3/4 HP corrosion‐resistant pump, pump intake screen, stainless steel construction, UL, CSA, CE, NSF. Custom collector top. Include 1 additional scrap basin (992011) and scrap basket (992013).
Power requirement: 208v/60/3‐ph, 3.2 amps
3. INSTALLATION: Complete all necessary work to remove the existing sink, disposer, and any other items necessary to prepare for new equipment installation (leave the wall cladding and shelf). Move existing equipment to location specified by facility manager to remain government property.
Install new power soaker with scraper, assemble table and seal, and make all final connections to utilities. Dispose of all debris in facility supplied container. Complete any other work necessary for new equipment to function as designed. Start up and test for proper operation. Provide an initial operations demonstration and submit any necessary paperwork to begin the warranty coverage period for all equipment. Provide manuals and warranty information to the facility manager. All finalized equipment and installation must be safe to use in a commercial kitchen setting.
Supplier will be responsible for obtaining advance approval of installation dates. Equipment may be stored on site up to 72 hours prior to install. Supplier will retain ownership/responsibility for all equipment until installation is complete. Supplier will be responsible for unloading and moving equipment as necessary to complete installation.
