Solicitation Amendment: FA3099-24-Q-0020-0001
Questions and Answers:
Q: I have one question regarding the AFTF "Air Force Training Facility" Request for Proposal.
The Performance list the scopes of work for the Airplane mockup and supporting infrastructure but we don't see any performance work scopes for the Structural Live Fire Training Facility which would also have an inspection requirement per NFPA 1403 / AFOSHA. Would you be able to clarify if we need to include the Structural Trainer in the proposal / inspection cycle.
A: The structural live fire trainer is not included in this solicitation.
Q: In preparing our response to the subject solicitation, we noticed no amount has been specified for the government’s “Allocation for Parts Reimbursement in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)”. Since there is no way to determine what parts may be needed throughout the year, is there a specific amount the end-user intends to allocate per year? Usually, the government will specify an amount NTE (Not to Exceed).
A: We cannot add an amount, please submit an amount that you make think will suffice for that CLIN.
