- The contract opportunity is for the rental of golf carts for the air show period of 18-23 September 2024, per the Statement of Work.

1. Are there certain models or types of carts you would prefer to be used? If they are two-or four-seater gas carts labeled as UTVs would that be okay, or do they need to be specifically golf carts?
A. It doesn’t have to be specifically a golf cart, as long as it meets the requirements of the SOW.
2. Do we need to list out serial numbers for every cart or provide the brand, type, model number, or etc. in the initial proposal?
A. Yes, we will need all this information in the initial proposal.
3. Do you want there to be extra carts (i.e. additional carts that will not be included in the price in the event carts need to be switched out for any number of reasons)?
A. No, we don’t need extra carts. The extra part of the SOW was in case we needed to add additional carts before the event.
4. Besides the carts being fully fueled or close to it upon arrival, do you anticipate needing on-site support with extra fuel just in case?
A. We do not need any onsite fuel support.
