About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) Response for solicitation FA302026Q0004 issued by the U.S. Air Force. The RFI consists of a questions and answers document addressing pre-proposal inquiries regarding delivery and logistics for tables and chairs to the 363 Training Squadron (TRS). All pre-proposal inquiries are to be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer (CO) Kimberly Rico and Contracting Administrator (CA) Cristhian Gonzalez Tovar.
The response clarifies two key logistical details: the project requires delivery-only service with no installation, and the 363 TRS will be responsible for unloading the equipment upon receipt. The delivery will be conducted via an 18-wheeler with a 53-foot trailer, which can approach to within 10 feet of the building. Prospective contractors should account for these delivery parameters in their proposals.
