About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) attachment for a federal solicitation (FA302025Q0115) for 82 CS Instructor Led IT Training. The Q&A clarifies three key details about the training opportunity: 1) exam vouchers should be included in the quote, 2) the contractor must supply laptops for each student, and 3) commercial internet must be provided since classroom internet is not available due to AFNET computer restrictions. The training will be conducted using laptops loaded with training labs.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command at Sheppard AFB, Texas. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside with NAICS code 611420 and a size standard of $16,000,000. The government anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for on-site instructor-led IT trainings. Notably, funds are not currently available, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation. Quotes are due by 2:00 PM CST on 29 August 2025, with all questions required to be submitted in writing by 4:00 PM CST on 26 August 2025.

82 CS Instructor Led Training Questions

1. Would you like exam vouchers included in the quote? Yes

2. In the scope of work, it is stated that the contractor will supply computers. I just want to make sure that this is correct that the vendor needs to supply computers for each of the students? Yes, the contractor should supply laptops to be used for each student.

3. In the scope of work, it is stated that the contractor will supply commercial internet if required. Does this mean there is no internet in the classroom that is available? That is correct.
