Questions and Answers

1). Are the panels stand alone or are they mounted on the desk? Are ganging clips acceptable for the panel to table mounting?

· They are mounted on the desk. If it will be sturdy enough that if someone leaned on the wall by accident that it wouldn’t break, then yes clips are okay. We don’t want standalone because they seem to be less structurally sounds. We have some standalone dividers in our office now and someone made a hole in one of them.

2). For line items 8, 9 and 10. Item no. 8 is a base for legs, the quantity is just 1, but I believe line items 9 and 10 are both tabletops. I wanted to understand the orientation of the table. Is this 2 separate table, if so then it lacks 1 more base. If not, can you please clarify this requirement?

· Item 8 and 10 is a single table, 8 is the base and 10 is the table itself. To further clarify item 9 should have been a quantity of 3 and it’s 3 tables all together with legs.

3). For the installation, is there a staging/storage area for the furniture prior to installation? The delivery date might be different with the installation date.

· Yes, we should have enough space for a staging/storing area.

4). I am assuming this is going to be a single room installation, but please verify.

· Yes. To clarify, all the furniture except for item 8 and 10 will be installed in the front lobby area. The table from 8 and 10 will be installed in our back office area which is about ~30 feet away. The room is like a U shape with most being installed on one side of the U and the one table being installed on the other side of the U.

5). Is this going to be on the ground floor? If not on ground floor, is there a service elevator to help lift the furniture?

· It will be ground floor.
