Details Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract at Sheppard AFB, TX, Lake Texoma Annex, TX, Altus AFB, OK, Frederick Airfield, OK, Clinton Sherman Airfield, OK and Ebbing Field, AR.

Repair Base Theater, B840 PoP 120 Days; Magnitude $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 The work includes removing and replacing the existing air handler, chiller, and boiler along with associated piping, installing new DDC controls, minor ductwork modification, replacing electrical panels, removing and replacing carpet, painting selected wall surfaces, removing and replacing dropped ceiling, replacing lighting with new LED fixtures, and adding handicap ramping to exterior exits.
