SUBJECT: Amendment 1, Request for Quote: FY21 Aircraft Composite Panels

1. The Government response for received vendor questions are as follows. Please incorporate the following clarifications into the above referenced Request for Quote:

Q1) Place of Delivery/Performance/Acceptance/FOB Point was listed in error as Sheppard

AFB.

A1) Correct F.O.B. Destination is Pensacola, Florida 32508-5160

Q2) Will tooling be supplied for these panels?

A2) No tooling will be supplied.

Q3) If so, is it a single, or multiple part tool?

A3) N/A

Q4) Once funding is received, is there a preferred time schedule for delivery of all 62 parts?

A4) NLT 120 days from signed contract.

Q5) Will partial quantity deliveries be required/accepted?

A5) Yes, partial quantity deliveries will be accepted.

Q6) Is splicing permissible on any of the prepreg layers of the composite panels?

A6) Splicing is not permissible on any layers.
