QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:
Cutoff date for contractor questions is 10 AM CST, 28 April 2026.
Question 1: In reference to your RFQ FA301626Q0086, how solid are you on the requirement for holding NAICS 334220? Please correct me if I am wrong, but that sounds like a large business.
Gov’t Response: Yes, you must have NAICS code 334220. You should be able to add this in SAM, self-certifying. A small business can absolutely have a manufacturer NAICS code (typically codes beginning with 31, 32, or 33). A business is assigned a code based on its primary economic activity.
Small businesses can also hold multiple NAICS codes, including manufacturing codes, to accurately represent their operations and maximize contracting opportunities
Question 2: Reading "Cobra PX650 6-Pack with Bulk Charger (80)" on Attachment 1
- confirming the order is 80 of the 6-pack sets (480 radios total, 80 bulk chargers) rather than 80 individual radios. Want to make sure I'm pricing the right quantity.
Gov’t Response: The total number of radios needed is 480. The radio come in packages of 6, 80 packs X 6 = 480. Each charger should hold 6 radios for a total of 80 chargers.
Question 3: Submission requires a specification sheet and product pictures alongside the quote -is the manufacturer datasheet sufficient, or do you have a specific format you'd like the spec sheet in?
Gov’t Response: The manufacture data sheet should be sufficient.
