About this file

This is Amendment 01 to RFQ FA301625Q6030 for an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) Video Streaming Platform at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) and outlying facilities. The amendment extends the response deadline from February 26, 2025 to February 28, 2025 at 2:00 PM CST, incorporates an updated Statement of Work dated February 19, 2025, and provides answers to industry questions.

The Q&A portion clarifies that: HSN (not MSN) is required in the channel lineup, local channels can continue to be received via over-the-air antennas, only receivers listed in section 3.4.2 are physically connected to TVs, BAMC staff will perform channel scans, contractors must provide their own network connections for updates/monitoring, contractors must provide channel mapping, and antenna locations will remain but vendors can either use existing antennas or provide new ones to work with their solution. The amendment was signed by Contracting Officer Brian Cooper on February 21, 2025.
