About this file
This document is an Amendment 1 with Vendor Questions and Government Responses for Solicitation FA301625Q0151. The document addresses three key questions from a vendor regarding a textbook order for the Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) at Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston. The government's responses clarify delivery expectations, indicating that the manufacturer can break up the 1500-unit order, with an initial shipment of approximately 1000 units acceptable, and the remaining units to be delivered within 4-6 weeks. The specific delivery address is confirmed as 2220 Wheelright, Bldg 4194 Bay E, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX 78234. The vendor noted that the publisher currently has over 1000 units in stock and would need 4-6 weeks to reprint to reach the total 1500-unit requirement, which the government deemed acceptable based on their initial response.

Amendment 1
Solicitation: FA301625Q0151
Vendor Questions with Government Response
1. Question: Do you expect to receive all 1500 at once? If the manufacturer needs to break up the delivery is this aloud?
Response: Please have manufacturer send what they can as they can. Breaking up order will work. If we can get close to the 1000 on initial shipment, we should be ok for 4-6 weeks for balance to arrive.
2. Question: Can you please advise what the address for delivery of our quote is, please?
Response: 2220 Wheelright, Bldg 4194 Bay E, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX 78234.
3. Question: Also, the publisher has advised us that they currently have over 1000 in stock but to get to 1500 they will need to start a reprint order and that will take from 4 to 6 weeks. Is that acceptable?
Response: Please see response to number 1.
