Fabricate Signs
1. PROJECT SCOPE: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and all non-personnel services necessary for install signage for Bldg. 9225.
Offerors shall inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
1.1 The contractor shall
1.1.1 Shall be responsible to take measurements to confirm all signage fits accordingly prior to purchase.
1.1.2 Shall remove and dispose of all excess material/debris (off-property) from packing/shipping at the end of each workday.
1.1.3 Shall remove old signage letters and dispose offsite.
1.1.4 Shall fill holes created from removing old signage with clear silicone
1.1.5 Shall ensure both Fabricate Sign A and B signage font is Helvetica.
1.1.6 Shall ensure both Fabricate Sign A and B signage consist of:
1.1.6.1 37th TRAINING GROUP
1.1.6.2 37th TRAINING SUPPORT SQUADRON
1.1.6.3 341st TRAINING SQUADRON
1.1.7 All lettering will be evenly spaced.
2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Contractor shall:
2.1 Conduct a site survey to assess the building location and layout. Identify any special equipment necessary for installation into a brick wall at Bldg. 9225 to complete the installation of signage.
2.2 Shall work duty hours Monday through Friday and weekends until all workstation and panels are install.
2.3 Shall ensure Fabricate Sign A consist of:
2.3.1 1-inch-deep plastic letters
2.3.2 12-inch-tall plastic letters
2.3.3 Bronze in color
2.3.4 Location of Signage
2.3.4.1 East wall of Bldg. 9225 left of the main entrance door
2.3.4.2 Signage starts approximately 2 feet below from top of wall
2.3.4.3 Signage will be centered on wall.
2.3.4.4 Signage width will be approximately 14 feet and 6 inches.
2.3.4.5 Signage height will be approximately 6 feet and 9 inches

2.4 Shall ensure Fabricate Sign A consist of:
2.4.1 Approximately 2-inch-deep plastic letters
2.4.2 Approximately 24-inch-tall plastic letters
2.4.3 Bronze in color
2.4.4 Location of Signage
2.4.4.1 Approximately 40 feet from the corner of the South wall of Bldg. 9225 between the first 2 rain downspouts.
2.4.4.2 Signage starts approximately 3 feet below from top of wall
2.4.4.3 Signage will be centered on wall.
2.4.4.4 Signage width will be approximately 29 feet.
2.4.4.5 Signage height will be approximately 13 feet and 6 inches.
2.5 The contractor shall contact Mr. Timothy Donelson at 210-671-2164 with any questions.
3 Delivery
The contractor shall be responsible for off-loading items from delivery vehicles and shall provide any additional equipment to accomplish the task.
3 . 1 The contractor shall also be responsible for properly protecting the service entrance and flooring of the building in which the items are to be received.
3.2 There is a loading dock/ramp available on the north side of the building.

5 Site Maintenance
5.1 The contractor shall maintain work areas in a neat, clean, and safe condition.
5.2 The contractor shall be responsible for providing, installing, and the removal of any temporary signage, barriers, barricade tape, etc. which may be required to control pedestrian in the work area.
5.3 The contractor shall collect all trash, debris, refuse, garbage, etc. (related to contractor personnel and this requirement).
5.4 The aforementioned materials shall be removed from the site by appropriate means daily.
5.6 Storage of materials shall be coordinated with Mr. Timothy Donelson 210-671-3768.

5 . 7 The contractor shall be responsible for freight, unpacking, delivery, installation, and disposal.
6 Clean up
6 . 1 The Contractor shall also remove all packaging materials from JBSA Lackland TX and shall be responsible for any refuse containers needed for trash and packing materials.
6.2 The contractor shall be responsible for returning the facility to its original state prior to cleaning and repairing any damage caused by the contractor’s personnel or equipment.
7 Site Program Manager/Point of Contact (POC)
7.1 The Contractor shall designate an on-site project manager as the Site POC.
7.2 The Site POC shall be the interface for all work site communications with the
Government, including quality, safety, and discrepancy matters.
8 Hours of Operation and Special Conditions
8.1 Work hours shall begin at 5:00 p.m. through 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of Federal holidays.
8.2 At the option of the Government and with approval of the Contracting Officer, work may be permitted on Federal holidays, weekends, or after 7:00 a.m. at no additional cost to the Government.

9 ACCEPTANCE
Upon completion of the work, the contractor shall be subject to a final acceptance by the Customer POC and Contracting Officer and/or designee.
10 RECORDS MANAGEMENT
The Contractor shall manage all data created for Government use or legally controlled by the

Government, in support of the functional activity or required by AF publication, IAW with the AF Records Management procedures in Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-322, Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363 and Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-364 (or their subsequent replacements)".
11 CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
No changes in or deviation from the scope of service shall be affected without a modification executed by the Contracting Officer authorizing such changes.
