1. Is there an incumbent for this listing, and if so, what is the contract number?

Answer: Yes, Chenega Worldwide Support, LLC; Contract Number FA301619CA003.

2. I have a question on the contract opportunity that is listed. Clarification for selection of candidates. Are the candidates 8(a) only?

Answer: Yes

3. Can you verify if FA301624R0012 ‐ JBSA Lackland, AFB Postal Service is still in pre‐solicitation?

Sam.gov changed the status to the solicitation was released on 4/2/24 and then another update was released 4/4/24 stating it was in pre‐solicitation.

Answer: FA301624R0016 is in solicitation phase.

4. How many contract workers are currently working on this contract?

Answer: This is a performance based contract, the number of workers and skills required depends on your approach to meeting the requirements set forth in the Contract and PWS.

5. How many of the contract workers are Lead Mail Clerks and how long have they been employed on average?

8. Will a single comprehensive QCP cover all three locations, or is it necessary to provide individual QCPs for each?

Answer: A comprehensive QCP is acceptable as long as it meets all of the required elements set forth in the solicitation for the QCP.

9. How many Full‐Time Equivalents (FTEs) are currently employed at each site?

10. Is there a breakdown of required postal performance categories available, such as registered mail clerks, official mail clerks, finance personnel, PSC staff, etc.? This information would greatly assist us in conducting pricing analysis, particularly regarding varying levels of expertise among mail clerks.

11. Could we obtain a detailed breakdown of the mail volume processed at each location, perhaps recorded volumes/matrix?

Answer: We do not have a breakdown per specific location (OMC, PSC, CMR).

The “All Pkgs” column not only count USPS but the Third‐Party carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) as well.
