QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: Cut-off date for contractor questions is 10:00 AM CST, 3 May 24.
Question 1: Can you confirm that JBSA will provide electric service to where the kiosk will be located?
Government Response: Yes, it will be connected to an electric outlet inside the International Support Section.
Question 2: Will Hard-wired Internet connectivity be provided by JBSA or will the unit connect via wireless?
Government Response: The US government will provide wireless service for the kiosk Question 3: How many Agent Licenses are required?
Government Response: 10 licenses should suffice.
Question 4: Will a solution with a 23.6” Screen be considered?
Government Response: Yes.
Question 5: Would you like to have web-based pre-registration capabilities?
Government Response: yes.
Question 6: There is no mention of Wall Mounted Status Screens – Are these required? If so, How many and what size?
Government Response: Not required.
Question 7: Will you be looking for the ability to check in visitors outside the facility by agent(s) with tablet(s)?
Government Response: No.
Question 8: Do you have a target date for deployment?

Government Response: We currently do not issue ID for International Military Students.

Government Response: Not familiar with this requirement.
