Questions and Answers

FA3016-23-Q-0011

Question 1: Who is removing the old vessel and who does that vessel belong to?

Answer 1: This is a new requirement per SOW paragraph 1, Scope. The contractor is not responsible for removal of the existing storage tanks and site restoration. The old vessel is defined existing storage tanks. The old vessel is currently being leased by Focus Medical Gases LLC (the incumbent contractor).

Question 2: What is the facility doing with that vessel?

Answer 2: The incumbent contractor is responsible for the removal of the old vessel per the SOW paragraph 1.1.2.7, Transition period, upon expiration or termination of the contract, the contractor shall remove Contractor-owned equipment. See the Atch 3 SOW Revised 6 December 2022.
