QUESTIONS and ANSWERS
1) Do we have the door numbers that are being replaced?
ANSWER: No. However, all doors are similar.
2) The doors that have been replaced recently have new track. I would like to replace the track also, is this an option?
ASNWER: Yes
3) Does all of the low voltage wiring for controls and photocells need to be in conduit?
ANSWER: Yes
4) What is the voltage and phase of the new operators?
ANSWER: 120 volt single phase
5) There may be some lights that will need to be moved. Is this something CE will do?
ANSWER: Yes. The government will move lights as required.
6) Do you have approximate door measurements?
ANSWER: All are approximately 11feet 6 inch width and 11 feet 9 inch height
7) The install of the exterior mount key switch to operate the door is at each location, correct?
ANSWER: Yes.
8) Per the SOW, Electrical to the operators will be ran/installed by CE personnel. Is that pre job or post and will they be connecting Operators?
ANSWER: An Electrical disconnect will be installed by CE at ea operator. Contractor will need to connect from disconnect to operator. If contractor needs to test the doors functionality, once the door and motor is installed, an extension plug cord can be used (110 volts).
