Expert Operator (Small Unmanned Aerial System) Training Q&A Version 1
26 Feb 2025
Question # Date Received Question Response 1 26 Feb 2025 Due to already scheduled courses, we are only able to respond with a specific training window of 18-19 March. Will the government accept responses with specific training dates, or will responses only be deemed compliant if the bidder is available for the entire window of 10-24 March?
18-19 March is acceptable for training days.
2 27 Feb 2025 Solicitation states, "Period of Performance from 10 Mar 2025 to 24 mar 2025." Does that mean the Contractor can decide what two days the training will be on during that time period?
Yes, any 2 week days within that window will work.
3 27 Feb 25 SOW states, "The Contractor shall provide AFSOC/A3OU approved and authorized Skydio X2D in-person training." What is required to get AFSOC/A3OU approval of the training? Is the training curriculum to be provided with the response to the solicitation or can can the curriculum be provided for approval by AFSOC/A3OU after the award?
The vendor and the training plan must be approved by AFSOC prior to the award.
