Vendor must provide installation and assembly of entirety of product. Product must fit within space of 139” (length) x 135” (width) x 107” (ceiling height) space and maintain full functionality.

The vendor must provide in-person or video training on the use of all product software and hardware for at least 3 people.

Simulator must feature a manual and automatic transmission on both tractor-trailer combinations and buses; 45 - 50-foot trailers, tractor trailers with gross vehicle weight range of 27,500 - 73,000 lbs, and 28-passenger to 50-passenger buses.

Hardware must include:

o Adjustable seat with seatbelt, steering wheel, gear shifter lever (for manual transmissions), gear selection panel (for automatic transmissions), gas, clutch and brake pedals, turn signal lever, 4-way hazard control, headlight, and air brake and trailer brake push knobs.

o Minimum display of 180-degree view into the landscape/roadway, and a reverse view.

o Dashboard that includes a speedometer, fuel gauge, oil pressure and temperature gauge, tachometer, and engine and maintenance warning lights.

o Must not exceed 2x 110AC, 20-amp power requirement (Please state in quote if the simulator will need to be hardwired).

o Hardware should have haptic feedback capabilities that simulate cornering, center of gravity for the vehicle and cargo loads (for tractor/trailer), and gear grinding.

Software must include:

o Trainee-launchable scenarios that simulate roadways, highways, and countryside roads.

o Numerical statistical feedback to the trainee, following a driving session, that summarizes acceleration, and braking efficiency, cornering proficiency, lane changing proficiency, backing proficiency, and parking proficiency in numerical data format.

o Be able to give live feedback in situations where trainee violates a common traffic law and malpractices speeding, vehicle accidents, and accidents involving infrastructure/landscape.

12 August 2024 o Be able to launch scenarios that simulate snow and rain, high wind speed, nighttime, overcast/clouds, and fog.

o Be able to implement a vehicle and pedestrian traffic density variable for each environment and simulate mechanical failure. Product must include visual display of traffic signs, stop signs, yield signs and speed limit signs.

The vendor will provide a standard warranty.
