Appendix 7B

1. Workload Estimates

1..1. The following conventions were used in the majority of the workload charts in this appendix.

1.1.1. Description: A brief description of the identified workload.

1.1.2. Quantity (Qty.): Estimated quantity of workload expected to be performed.

1.1.3. Frequency: The unit of time to which the workload quantity is applied. For example, given a quantity of 20 and an annual frequency, we are estimating 20 workload events per year.

1.1.4. Allowed Time to Complete (ATC): The maximum amount of time the service provider is allowed to complete a single workload instance. This time begins when the workload is received.

1.1.5. Estimated Duration: Duration: This is the estimated amount of time required to accomplish a single workload instance. For example, given a quantity of 20 and an estimated duration of 2 hours, we are estimating 40 hours to accomplish the total workload.
