Description:

The Department of Airforce 316th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) requires a A-Frame replacement part for a Stinar SPS-5519 B model truck engineered exclusively by Stinar LLC, which is critical to accommodate the truck’s stairway system, which is crucial for enabling access to aircraft cabins when facilitating operations for high-profile missions involving the President and other officials. The A-Frame enhances the overall stability of the staircase truck, ensuring a secure and durable platform for personnel boarding and deboarding various aircraft. This is particularly vital when facilitating operations for high-profile missions involving the President and other officials.

• Essential Characteristics:

The elevating stairway consists of two stair sections supported by a telescoping A-frame. The lower stair section is stationary.

The upper stair section, which includes the platform, can be extended and retracted. The Stinar A-frame assembly supports the stair sections and can be raised or lowered to adjust the angle of the stairway and platform. The platform provides access to aircraft cabins with doorsill heights ranging from 96 inches (244 cm) to 228 inches (579 cm) above ground level.

• The New Stinar A-Frame will allow for personnel to board and de-board various airframes at Air Force and other military and civilian installations around the world. The stairway incorporates an aircraft boarding platform at the top of the stairs.
