Readiness Exercise Planners Sources Sought – RFIs
1. If a company does not qualify as a small business under NAICS 541690, can they still submit a response?
Response: The government is only considering small businesses at this time for our market research.
2. Will the government consider alternate NAICS codes for this opportunity?
Response: For this Sources Sought we are only considering NAICS 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services.
3. Is pdf considered a compatible format? If not, would the government consider changing the format for submitting Capability Statements from Word, as listed in the Sources Sought, to .pdf?
Response: The government will consider the change to the DRAFT PWS and accept pdf submissions.
4. Can you clarify whether the planned Full-time Employee (FTE) Level of Effort (LOE) is for one (1) individual or for multiple individuals?
Response: The Planned Full-time Employee Level of Effort is for multiple individuals (2).
5. If the planned FTE LOE is for one (1) individual, do you envision a scenario that would allow the performing company to provide a surge capacity during exercises or training events?
Response: Government doesn’t anticipate a need to surge with two (2) Readiness contracted personnel.
6. Request additional information about the quantity of Exercise Planners your organization would require if a solicitation was issued?
Response: Two (2) Exercise Planners required.
