QUESTIONS FROM VENDOR(S)

1).For the ladies skirt you mention poly or poly-wool. There is a significant cost difference between the 2 fabrics. If you were to go with a poly skirt and the blazers in poly wool you will notice a drastic difference when they are worn as a set.

ANSWER: Poly Wool Skirt along with the poly wool blazer

2).On the blazers do you want the vendor to include 2 eyelet holes on the left side for nametags? I assume and I may be wrong that the name tag will be of a plastic or metal nature similar to those worn on AF Dress Uniforms. Should we assume that you want names directly embroidered on specific garments and accessories?

ANSWER: No eyelet holes

3). NOTE: vendor must be able to perform custom embroidery on uniforms.

Design of embroidery will be provided to vendor upon award:

a). Is this embroidery different than nametags?

ANSWER: Yes, vendor does not need to worry about nametags we have a separate vendor for them.

b). Will there by more than 1 embroidery on the garments and accessories?

ANSWER: No, Just first name on apron and sweater c). Will the embroidery be individual personal names on garments?

ANSWER: Yes, First names

4). Specifically with regards to the men’s sizes there are oversize costs involved once you get past a certain sizes. Do you want the vendors to list those costs separately or should we assume to average cost and come up with one price for all.

In past experience this sometimes leads to a customer paying more overall since the vendor won’t know the exact spread of average vs. oversize’s. Does this matter to you?

ANSWER: No

5). The ladies coat dress do you want that to be long or short sleeved?

ANSWER: Long Sleeved.
