About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation FA283526Q0015 for articulating lifts. According to Amendment 1, the corrected question deadline and quote due date should be referenced in that amendment, as discrepancies existed between the SF1449 and cover letter regarding these dates. The solicitation is an open-market RFQ requiring small business status and can be submitted via email without requiring GSA Schedule contract holders. Offerors may submit pricing on the SF1449 or via Excel file; both formats are acceptable, though SF1449 is preferred.

The requirement can be fulfilled through an authorized NiftyLift dealer with Foundry One serving as the prime contractor, provided all Statement of Work requirements are met. Both the prime contract and any suppliers or subcontractors must maintain active SAM.gov registrations. The Nonmanufacturer Rule does not apply to this small business set-aside. FAR 52.222-41 Service Contract Labor Standards applies. Extended warranty must be equivalent to manufacturer specifications and can be provided through either the manufacturer or an authorized dealer, with local service through a local authorized dealer required. Delivery must occur at the installation entrance without passing through access control points, with no specialized equipment or additional costs required—the supplier is responsible for offloading from the flatbed trailer. No delivery driver or supplier personnel base access credentials are necessary.
