COR RESPONSE: ALL. Request for Proposal Statement of Work (SOW) is the document contractors shall use to identify specific CLINs.
Q1. What is the Expectation for outages and outage durations? Weekends or off hours help or change the allowable duration?
COR RESPONSE: SOW RNGF20691193 DWS Repair 20240315 1.5 “…procedures to install and maintain temporary water between mission areas during construction.” Designed to minimize or abolish mission area downtimes. After hours, weekends, federal holidays limited government presence thereby placing responsibility on contractor to have resources on hand to reestablish utilities.
Q2. Construction Notes on Drawing CS1001 - 1, 2, 5, 6, 10, 14 and 15 don't appear to have a corresponding CLIN # for pricing. Could you please clarify what CLIN(s) to assign the pricing for this work.

COR RESPONSE: CLINs remain as they are in Request for Proposal SOW.
Q15. Drawings p. CS1001 CONSTRUCTION NOTES #3: Replace two 6” gate valves. (CLIN 0001 3.1.1 in the SoW) The callouts on the plan seem to be pointing to a 4” line (the line being replaced in

Q21. Building Entrances/Limit of waterline:
a. Is the intent to remove/replace the waterline under the slab floors of Buildings 134, 111, 107 and 135? If so:
i. Is there any detail available on the how the waterline “enters” Buildings 134, 111, 107 and 135?
ii. Is there knee wall/footing/foundation and slab thickness details available per building?
iii. Is there information available on where the line enters (the drawing detail is not clear on all buildings)?
b. Or is the intent to stub the waterline at edge of the building foundations. If so:
iv. Can you provide detail on the preferred connection hardware to connect to the stubbed lines (solid sleeve, hymax, aplha/romac)?
COR RESPONSE: Q21a Don’t remove/replace waterline under the slab floors at B107, B135, B111. (stop several feet before facility to prevent undermining of facility and make connection). Remove/replace line under B134 to include gate valve, check valve, etc. (there is a basement under B134, and all piping is exposed).
i. B134 and B111 both enter from north side of facilities. B135 enters on east side of facility close to north end. B107 enters north side of facility close to east side.
ii. All details have been submitted. Shouldn’t be a need as making connection before facilities except for B134.
iii. Answered above in question i.
Q21b Answered in Q21a.
Q22. Is there any “in building” work at B100, for CLINS 0006, 0007 or 0008?

COR RESPONSE: Each CLIN has its own specific design costs within.

b. Will the Government provide any existing Raster Data files for the GIS requirements?
COR RESPONSE: Yes, both AutoCAD and ArcGIS, most recent format.
Q25. What is required for full time, onsite supervision from the GC for this project (Superintendent /
SSHO / QCM)?
a. Can one qualifies person serve as all three, or we required to have more than one, person wearing these “hats?”
COR RESPONSE: Yes, Superintendent, SSHO, and QCM. This project requires a lot of excavation exceeding five feet, requiring a lot of inspection and follow up by safety person on site and Safety manager for Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA).
