FA282324Q0048 Carpet Bldg 350 Room 135 Contractor Questions Question #1: It was mentioned this morning about providing extra stock so the quantities calculated were with a 20% waste factor. Do you want the subs to provide pricing based on 20% overage? Is your goal to have some extra carpet tile?

Answer #1: On the contractor pricing form, cell I6, includes the 20% overage. Install SQYDs states 442 SQYDs and purchase amount is 531 SQYDs. Purpose of this is to cover waste, cuts, unknowns, and allow the customer to have extra carpet tiles to replace tiles as necessary.
