About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract solicitation FA255026Q0050 issued by the Air Force for work at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. The response due date is 18 September 2026 at 12:00 P.M. MST.
The solicitation involves reconfiguring and relocating modular workstations and conference room tables across two buildings (Buildings 780 and 210) on two floors. Key details from the Q&A clarify that the modular furniture at Building 780 will be reconfigured in place, while conference room tables will be moved between the two buildings. Building 210 has elevator access; Building 780's elevator status is unknown, though the project will occur on the first floor. Contractors must use only existing products without supplementing with new inventory, disconnect and reconnect power to furniture in the new configuration, and haul disposed furniture to a landfill rather than DRMO. No new electrical wire will be run, no electrician is required, no TVs need to be purchased, and TV mounts will be installed on drywall. The government will provide rough floor plans showing current and future furniture placement, pictures of existing cubicles, and a drawing of the original and new layout. The manufacturer and model of the existing cubicle system are unknown. Site visits can be arranged prior to the quote due date, and prevailing wage requirements apply per uploaded wage determination documentation.

Questions Answers The SOW lists eight modular workstations to be reconfigured and relocated "between multiple buildings"
— how many buildings and floors are involved, and will the existing panel inventory support the new configuration or must additional panels be furnished?
The modular furniture at bldg 780 will need to be reconfigured at bldg 780, the workspace that needs to be moved between the buildings(780 & 210) are the confrerence room tables. There are 2 buildings and 2 floors involved.
Confirm elevator access at both buildings. Bldg 210 has an elevator. Bldg780 is unknown, but the project will be on the 1st floor of that building. Unknown if existing panel inventory will support the new configuration.
Do you have pictures of the existing cubicles? Pictures Provided.

Confirm that no TVs need to be purchased with the mounts. Confirmed. TVs have already been purchased.
Please confirm our understanding: We can disconnect the power in the panels if they are plug-and-play, but we do not disconnect the whip from the wall or ceiling. Is this correct?
I'm not sure. I know the panels are connected to the wall with power.
Are photographs of the existing modular cubicle workstations available? If so, could you please provide them?
They are not, but I can go and take pictures and provide them.
Is the manufacturer/model of the existing cubicle system known? No.
Is there a proposed floor plan or layout showing the required final configuration of the four remaining workstations?
