*Working Document—will add questions as they come in*

1. How would you like your proposal to be submitted?

a. Please submit proposals via email to the Contracting Officer, Nicole Cibula, and

Alternate POCS: Kade Allen and A1C Bryan Stafford NLT 1300 Mountain Standard Time 15 March, 2023.

i. Nicole.cibula@spaceforce.mil

ii. Kade.allen@spaceforce.mil

iii. Bryan.stafford.1@spaceforce.mil

2. What was the incumbent amount for the previous contract holder?

a. $127,441.50

3. What was the reason this contract was not renewed?

a. This contract is approaching the end of the base +4 option year period. Therefore, we must reacquire the services due to the FAR limiting the duration of government contracts to 5 years.

4. What are the challenges this contract is currently facing?

a. No, there are not any challenges. The work that is being performed meets our needs.

5. Is it motor oil, cooking oil, or a type of hydraulic oil?

Or is it different depending on with one is being pumped?

a. The answer is none of the above. The only oils that could "potentially" be captured by the OWS would be Diesel fuel and/or motor oil that if a vehicle or generator was to develop a leak or if we had a spill. Under normal operating and drainage conditions there should be no oils in any of our OWS. All of our OWS are for contingency containment as required by Code and our Utilities Sewer provider.
