About this file
This document appears to be a set of salient characteristics for insulated panels required for the NASA LAS K-Span project. The key details are:
The required insulated panels are the ST40 Striated model, 12' x 40", 4" thick, in white color. 64 units are needed with a thermal performance of R28 at 75 degrees F, 24 gauge metal around the exterior that is coated for corrosion resistance, and overlapping joints. There are no specific load, wind uplift, or fire resistance requirements. Delivery is required by January 31, 2025, but installation is not needed.
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for "Insulated Wall Panels" issued by the Department of the Air Force Space Command. The requirement is for the same ST40 Striated insulated panels described in the salient characteristics document.
