REQUEST FOR INFORMATION #5 (RFI #5) Dated: 6 Aug 2019

The anticipated government response to industry comments is 19 Aug 2019.
RFI #5: The Government has revised Section L and M. Revisions made to the Cost volume involve a two-step Cost/Pricing preparation and evaluation. The government invites you to review, comment and provide suggestive improvements to Section L, 2.4.
Volume 4 - Factor 4 - Cost/Price (No Page Limit) AND Section M, 2.4. Volume 4 - Factor 4 - Cost/Price Factor.
Additionally, the Government invites specific comment or suggested improvement to the following section:
Section L, paragraph 2.4.1.1. (6) Affordability. Industry is encouraged to comment and/or suggest improvement to the Section L instructions area of transition cost affordability. The government is specifically interested in addressing the costs associated with relocating the GFP.
Section M, paragraph 2.4.1.2, Part II, Affordability. Industry is encouraged to comment and/or suggest improvement to the Section M, evaluation area of transition cost affordability.
