About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) response from the government regarding a federal contract opportunity to repair the chilled water system in Building 1270 at Peterson Space Force Base.

The key details are as follows: The contractor will not need to provide portable restrooms, as the government will provide access to a restroom near the dayroom on the first floor. The contractor should determine if a dumpster is needed and test the existing glycol levels before starting the work, estimating the need for 2-55 gallon drums of propylene glycol. The cooling system has leaks that need to be repaired, and the contractor should provide a plan for the sequence of work and cooling system repair time. Hot work permit coordination with the Fire Department will be required. The work is planned to be performed during normal business hours.
